The alleged murderer was said to have used a machete to butcher the poor boy’s neck till the head was severed off.

DAILY GUIDE gathered that the whole of Nkrabea village is in a state of shock as the residents struggle to come to terms with what has happened.

A police source told DAILY GUIDE that one Kwabena Dosu of Amoa cocoa shed near Debiso was the one who reported the case to the police.

According to the complainant, the suspect, who resides in the same area beheaded his six year old son and hid the body under a cocoa tree near  Nkrabea village at Debiso.

The complainant then led the Police to the crime scene and found the beheaded body lying in a supine position with the head lying by the foot. A sharp cutlass and a mortar covered with fresh blood were also found at the scene.
